The Global PropTech Summit has released a video featuring Saleh Al-Ghamdi, Ghanem’s co-founder and CEO, ahead of its 2026 event in Riyadh. The organizer says his discussion will explore how digital investment models and fractional real estate ownership could widen investor participation, improve liquidity and open new opportunities.
The Real Estate General Authority is hosting the summit on 25–26 October 2026 in Riyadh. This is a preview of an upcoming discussion, not a report of remarks already delivered.
What does broader access to property investment require in practice? A smaller entry amount can allow more people to consider a real estate opportunity, but it does not explain what they own. Investors also need to know how an asset is managed, what rights attach to a share, which costs apply, and how a sale or exit could work. A digital platform can make those terms easier to examine; it cannot, on its own, guarantee an immediate buyer or a liquid market.
That distinction is central to the conversation around Saudi PropTech. The question is not simply whether property can be divided into smaller interests. It is whether a participant can understand the legal structure, expected cash flows and risks of a particular opportunity before committing capital. Ghanem’s participation brings a Saudi fractional ownership perspective to that wider discussion.
